Gilead was founded in 1987 in the United States and has been present in Switzerland since 2007. Today, Gilead Switzerland has more than 70 specialized employees in its offices in Zug, who are true partners for the Swiss medical and patient community.

Our innovations have set, and continue to set, milestones that have positively changed the lives of many people around the world. The Swiss Team contributes an important part to Switzerland as an innovation location with more than 20 authorized drugs on the market and over 50 clinical trials launched since 2009.
